Registration

Participation in the workshop “Control Barrier Functions in Aerospace: From Foundations to Real-World Applications” is organized through the official registration system of the EuroGNC 2026 Conference.

Registration for the workshop must therefore be completed via the EuroGNC conference registration platform.

Workshop Fee: 125 EUR

More information on conference registration and fees can be found here: https://eurognc.ceas.org/registration-and-fees/

Participants interested in attending the workshop should also consult the EuroGNC overview of pre-conference workshops: https://eurognc.ceas.org/pre-conference-workshops/

Please note that participants must select one pre-conference workshop, and the number of attendees per workshop is limited.

Participation & Funding Opportunities

The workshop is strongly education-oriented and particularly intended for PhD students, advanced Master’s students, early-career researchers, and professionals working in aerospace guidance, navigation, and control (GNC).

To support participation, support from the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS) is currently pending. If secured, workshop participants will pay a reduced participation fee of approximately €25–€50, which will include a networking dinner event. No travel or lodging support is envisioned.

Participants interested in potential funding opportunities are encouraged to contact the EuroGNC organizing committee early.
